Jefferson,<\/strong> Planning and Development Director with the City of Jackson;&nbsp;<strong>Jonathan Kiser,<\/strong> Tranportation\/Traffic Manager of Neel-Schaffer, Inc.; <strong>Virgi Lindsay<\/strong>, Executive Director of the Greater Belhaven Foundation; <strong>Roy T. Decker,<\/strong> Principal with&nbsp;Duvall Decker Architects; <strong>Primus Wheeler, Jr.<\/strong>, Executive Director of the Jackson Medical Mall Foundation; and <strong>Jay C.
