\n\tResearch Interests:<\/b> Heartmath Heart Rate Variability Coherence training for the Treatment of Anxiety (Manuscript in Progress); Mindfulness; Heart Rate Variability and Resiliency Factors particularly for resiliency training in first responders; the impact of a Virtual Child Parenting program on Pregnancy intent specific to teen pregnancy; the efficacy of Client Determined Outcome Informed (CDOI) approaches in reducing recidivism rates in a college counseling clinic; RAP Music and Cultural Identity (this was done recently in collaboration with a group of undergraduate students which resulted in a presentation and abstract publication); Acceptance and Commitment Therapy; LGBTQ+ issues; and Mindfulness.\n<\/p>\n
