Williams Athletic and Assembly Center,&nbsp;<span style=\"line-height: 20.8px\">on <strong>April 22, 2016<\/strong>.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 13px;line-height: 20.8px\">\n\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em\">One PhD&nbsp;and eight&nbsp;MPPA (MPA) students received their degrees during the ceremony<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 20.8px\">. The MPPA graduates<\/span>&nbsp;shown in pic are (from left) : <strong>Mr. Jimmie L. Smith<\/strong>, <strong>Mr. Brian Wilks<\/strong>, <strong>Ms. Cass M. Randall<\/strong>, <strong>Mr. Cedric D. Coates<\/strong> (behind Ms .Randall), <strong>Ms. Marquita S. Davis<\/strong>, <strong>Mr. Joseph C. Haynes<\/strong>, <strong>Ms. Prisca Patrick<\/strong>, and <strong>Ms. Jermesha B. Haywood<\/strong>).&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 13px;line-height: 20.8px\">\n\tIn addition, <strong>Dr. Charles A.&nbsp;&nbsp;Carlisle<\/strong> (Advisor:&nbsp;<strong style=\"font-size: 13px;line-height: 20.8px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jsums.edu\/publicpolicy\/faculty-and-staff\/\" style=\"font-size: 13px;line-height: 20.8px\">Professor Johnny B.
