Holmes, Dianne M. Hooker, Anan Abu Hummour, Jason M. Pope and Edward D. Sivak are proud degree holders from the <strong>BEST<\/strong>: Jackson State University.&nbsp; &nbsp;Mohammad Alrefai, Lashanda D. Bailey, Ebony L. Bingham, Ashley D. Caples,&nbsp; Emmett Caston,&nbsp; Alla Jeanae Frank, Melissa J. Johnson, Candance F. Miner, Unekia N. Oatis, Michael K. Spann, and Sonja J.
