The JSUNAA scholarship committee was established to support the educational activities of Jackson State University as a supplemental source of scholarship funding. The objective of this committee is to encourage alumni, the business community and friends to assist students with financial aid in entering and advancing their educational efforts at Jackson State University.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe JSUNAA was established to provide <strong>financial assistance<\/strong> to students attending Jackson State University an accredited university in pursuing an Undergraduate or <strong>Advanced Degree in various disciplines <\/strong>offered at the University. Scholarships will be awarded based on availability of capital in the scholarship fund and the applicant qualifications. The amount of scholarships awarded will be based on availability of funds.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>Award Criteria:<\/strong><br \/>\n\t\uf0b7 Minimum GPA: 2.5<br \/>\n\t\uf0b7 Major course work &ndash; Various disciplines offered by Jackson State University<br \/>\n\t\uf0b7 Acceptance letter from Jackson State University or registration invoice<br \/>\n\t\uf0b7 Reference Letter &ndash; All applicants are required to provide a letter of reference from a teacher or school official, community representative or current\/previous employer.
