She also suggested her ideas on how to deal with challenges coming from the shortage&nbsp;of RN in hospitals in State. <strong>Dr. Johnny Gilleylen&nbsp;<\/strong>served as the dissertation chair\/adviser.&nbsp; She joined the PPAD doctoral program in the fall 2013.
