Her research conclusion indicates that public policy effectiveness of the regulation can be enhanced by requiring a level of personal buy-in from the citizens.<\/p>\n<p>Professor <strong>Johnny Gilleylen<\/strong> served as the chair of the committee and the dissertation adviser.
