The Dept. of Public Policy and Administration (PPAD) has produced four new PhDs and one new MPPA graduates. The four new PhDs are <strong>Dr. Pamela Confer <\/strong>(Dissertation: An Integrative Review of Cross-Cultural Literacy in Public Policy and Its Implications for Economic Development), <strong>Dr. Angela D. Johnson <\/strong>(Dissertation: A Comparative Analysis of County Health Outcomes and the Prevalence of Public Charities in Mississippi (2010-2018))<strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Dr. Anna Eatmon-Johnson <\/strong>(Dissertation: Evaluating the Impact of the Universal Motorcycle Helmet Laws on Riders\u2019 Fatalities), and <strong>Dr. Lawren M. Long <\/strong>(Dissertation: Evaluating the Impacts of the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010 (HHFKA) on Childhood Obesity). <strong>Professor Johnny Gilleylen<\/strong> has served as their dissertation adviser. Also, <strong>Ms. Kyeisha T.
