While sharpening leadership skills, this program is designed to connect participants with contacts in Rankin county\u2019s various innovative industries. Through this program, participants will gain a better understanding of all major aspects of the County, including: State and Local Government, Education, Public Safety, Health and Human Needs, Manufacturing and Quality of Life.
