These partnerships are designed to foster mutual growth, creativity, and classroom experimentation without the formality of traditional mentoring.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 14pt;font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\"><strong>Fellows will:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 14pt;font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Design and lead <strong>two Teaching and Learning workshops<\/strong> during the academic year<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 14pt;font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Engage in <strong>Teaching Partnerships<\/strong> with 2\u20133 colleagues to support inclusive, student-centered innovation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 14pt;font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Integrate <strong>generative AI tools and inclusive practices<\/strong> into their own teaching and mentoring<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 14pt;font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Participate in a virtual <strong>summer institute<\/strong> and monthly check-ins through April 2026<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 14pt;font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Through this work, Faculty Fellows help build a culture of instructional excellence at JSU\u2014one rooted in collaboration, curiosity, and care.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin: 2em 0\" \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center\">&#x1f5d3;&#xfe0f; July 2025 Schedule<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 14pt\"><em>July is our launchpad\u2014where we co-develop fall workshops, strengthen our own practices, and build out our Teaching Collaboratory through supportive Teaching Partnerships.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000\">Week of July 1 \u2014 Kickoff<\/span><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>Single Cohort Meeting (Zoom):<\/strong> Welcome, lightning intros, overview of goals, and Teaching Collaboratory structure<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000\">Week of July 7 \u2014 Workshop Design<\/span><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>Day 1:<\/strong> Breakout by interest group (AI, Inclusion, Creative Design).
