Mr.&nbsp;Todd Allen, Equality Advocacy Coordinator, American Civil Liberties Union &#8211; Mississippi shared information on recognizing personal&nbsp;biases with regard to sexual orientation and provided tips for&nbsp;serving&nbsp;individuals who identify as lesbians, gay, bi-sexual, or transgender.
