  3. type in your\u00a0j-number@students.jsums.edu<\/b>\u00a0for student email, or type in your\u00a0j-number@jsums.edu\u00a0<\/b>for employee email.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Click “Forgot Password”<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Follow the prompts to recover your email account.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
