Public Health Research, Training &amp; Practice (RTP)<br \/>\nHBGI Activity: Enhancement of Ph.D. in Engineering Program \u2013 Civil Engineering &amp; Environmental Engineering Concentrations<br \/>\nHBGI Activity: Establishing the School Administrators Leadership Academy (SALA)<br \/>\nHBGI Activity: Strengthening the Environmental Science Ph.D. Program<br \/>\nHBGI Activity: Advancing African Americans in Computer Science<br \/>\nHBGI Activity: Strengthening the Ph.D. in Business Administration Program<br \/>\nHBGI Activity: Enhancing Graduate Students Success through Broadening Field Experiences<br \/>\nHBGI Activity:<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Legislative Allowable Activity:<\/u> Funds management, administrative management, and acquisition of equipment for use in strengthening funds management.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>HBCU Activity: Strengthening Student Success through Technology<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Legislative Allowable Activity:<\/u> Establishing or improving a development office to strengthen or improve contributions from alumni and the private sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>HBCU Activity: Enhancing Student Success through Institutional Advancement<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Legislative Allowable Activity:<\/u> Establishing or improving an endowment fund.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>HBCU Activity: Expanding the University Endowment<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Legislative Allowable Activity:<\/u><\/strong> Services necessary for the implementation of projects or activities that are described in the grant application and that are approved, in advance, by the Secretary, except that not more than two percent of the grant amount may be used for this purpose.<\/p>\n<p>HBCU Activity: Strengthening Staff Development and Talent Management<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Legislative Allowable Activity:<\/u><\/strong> Academic instruction in disciplines in which Black Americans are underrepresented.<\/p>\n<p>SAFRA Activity: Strengthening the Undergraduate Experience through the Bridge to the Future<br \/>\nSAFRA Activity: Strengthening the Undergraduate Engineering Program<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Legislative Allowable Activity:<\/u><\/strong> Scholarships, fellowships and other financial assistance for needy graduate and professional students to permit the enrollment of the students in and completion of the doctoral degree in the physical or natural sciences, engineering, mathematics, or other scientific disciplines in which African Americans are underrepresented.<\/p>\n<p>HBGI Activity: Establishing Scholarships &amp;
