Public Relations efforts advance the goals of the university by strengthening awareness, engagement and support among constituents vital to the university\u2019s success. We seek positive media coverage of the university, its people and programs. We also communicate\u00a0externally and internally\u00a0about the achievements of JSU, its faculty and students through our publications and news site.<\/p>\n

If you have a news item you believe will be of interest to the general public or the news media, To submit a newsworthy pitch for consideration, upload a detailed request here<\/a>. Once reviewed and if approved, your good news may appear in the JSU newsroom, on our university’s social media, and\/or shared with external media for broader coverage.\u00a0Your story may appear on the\u00a0JSU news site, be shared via social media, be developed for a press release and\/or appear in a JSU publication.<\/p>\n
