The Division of Information Technology (IT) offers specialized support to address all your
campus technology needs. Please use the contact information below to reach the appropriate
support team for the fastest resolution.
General IT Help Desk (Duo Access, Passwords, Access to Accounts )
For routine technical support, including password resets, login issues, general account
access, hardware troubleshooting, and Access with Duo please contact the dedicated IT Help
Desk.

To Request Cybersecurity Department Assistance:
If your issue is specifically related to a complex DUO account problem that the Help Desk
could not resolve, you may wait for our team’s direct assistance.
To remain in our queue for DUO support, please reply to this email with the following
information:
1. Your J-Number
2. Your full name and primary email address.
3. A phone number where you can be reached.
We will process requests in the order they are received and contact you as soon as a technician
is available.
Cybersecurity Incident Reporting (Emergencies )
The Cybersecurity Department handles active threats to the university network and data. Do
not use these contacts for password resets or general tech support.
If you suspect a security incident (phishing, virus, hack, lost device), report it
