JSUOnline Academic Advisors play a vital role in helping students develop academic plans, provide educational guidance, and assist with course scheduling.

Eligibility for Class Scheduling

• To receive a class schedule, students must:
• Be fully admitted to Jackson State University.
• Have no holds on their account.

Once eligible, students will receive an email from JSUOnline containing the Enrollment Intent Form. This email will be sent out semesterly and is essential for course scheduling. The form allows students to indicate their major and the number of credit hours they plan to take, helping us direct their information to the appropriate advisor.

Important Information:

• The Enrollment Intent Form must be submitted each term to be scheduled for courses.
• Advisors process schedules in the order forms are received.

Steps to Obtain a Class Schedule:

1. Log in to your JSU email account and locate the email labeled Enrollment Intent Form (the subject will include the respective semester
   and year).
2. Complete the Enrollment Intent Form.
3. Submit the form.

After submitting the form, your academic advisor will review your Enrollment Intent Form and finalize your schedule based on your selections. The completed schedule will then be sent to you for confirmation.
