Biography
Lori Liddell-Jackson, CPA/ABV, CFE brings nearly 20 years of professional experience in forensic accounting to her academic role. Her expertise includes economic damage calculations, fraud examinations and expert testimony in litigation matters. She is credentialed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
In the classroom, Mrs. Liddell-Jackson teaches Principles of Financial Accounting and Intermediate Accounting I and II, emphasizing both the technical foundations of the discipline and the application of accounting principles to real-world contexts. She uses her forensic background to highlight the practical and ethical dimensions of financial reporting.
She uses her combined experience as a practitioner and educator to help prepare students for professional practice and advanced study. She integrates her interests in financial reporting, fraud detection, and litigation to enhance students’ analytical and problem-solving skills.
