Christopher Herro (RIGHT), current band director at Edna Karr High School in New Orleans, LA recently accepted an invitation from The Lord Mayor of Winchester. She came all the way from London to personally extend an official invitation to Edna Karr Marching Band to march in their annual New Year’s Parade in London, England.
