LTC Steven Robinson is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.  He also holds a Masters of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in logistics from Trident University.  

In 2003, he received his commission to Second Lieutenant in the Ordnance Corps through the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC).  Upon graduation from his Officer Basic Course in 2004, he was assigned to Delta Company703rd Forward Support Company at Fort Stewart, Georgia. Some of his many positions he had included, Maintenance Control Officer, Executive Officer, and Maintenance platoon leader and while serving as the Maintenance platoon leader he deployed to Operation Iraq freedom (OIF I). He served as the deputy Support Operations officer for 703rd Brigade Support Battalion. He got selected to be the 6-8 cavalry regimental S4.He deployed the squadron to Operation Iraq Freedom (OIF II) in October 2007. He took command in Iraq April 2008 of Echo Company 703rd Forward Support Company and deployed the company back to FT Stewart Ga from Iraq in 2009.  He relinquished his command in Feb 2010. After completing the Combined Logistics Captains Career Course in August 2010, he was assigned to the 2ND 347TH Combat Service Support Training Battalion in Augusta, Georgia as the assistant S3. Following that assignment in November 2011 LTC Robinson was assign to 2ND 312TH Combat Service Support training Battalion as the assistant S3 in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Following completion of the Command and General Staff College in June 2014, MAJ Robinson was assigned to the 3rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division (Light) as the Brigade Logistics Officer (S4) and later served as the Battalion executive officer and Support Operations Officer for 710 brigade Support Battalion at FT POLK Louisiana. In July 2017 he was assigned to Headquarters, United States Army Pacific as a Current Operations Officer in the Sustainment Branch.

LTC Robinson's military education includes the Ordnance Officer Basic Course, Combined Logistics Captains Career Course, Command and General Staff College, Support Operations Course.

His awards and decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal, the Army Commendation Medal (2rd Award), the Army Achievement Medal, the National Defense Medal, the Army Overseas Service Ribbon, and the Combat Action Badge.

He is married to Nicole Robinson from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and they have six kids Malia, Stesha, Steve Jr, Rico, Nikia, and Rocko
