Under the leadership of the Executive Director of Housing & Residence Life, the Operations and Residence Life staff work together to provide a vibrant and supportive on-campus experience for students.

The staff is responsible for managing the daily operations of Housing and Residence Life, which includes overseeing the housing contract process, room assignments, and maintaining the overall condition of the residence halls. Additionally, they focus on creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging living environment that fosters a sense of community and provides students with a comfortable home away from home

The Residence Life team consists mainly of Student Staff, including, Resident Assistants (RAs) and Work Study as well as Community Directors (CDs) and Graduate Assistants (GAs), who live alongside the residents. They play a vital role in organizing programs for their floors/communities, assisting students with roommate conflicts, and ensuring that residence hall policies are upheld.

Additionally, the overnight receptionist plays an essential role in ensuring the safety and security of the residence halls during non-business hours. They are responsible for managing after-hours check-ins, responding to resident inquiries, and providing assistance in emergency situations, further enhancing the supportive living environment for all students.
