Jackson State University's Information Technology Division is pleased to announce the launch of the NEW Help Desk for Blackboard. The system is designed to meet all of your Blackboard support needs. There are three ways to receive support via Help Desk:
1. We have created an online support portal that serves as a gateway to the support service offering. Click here, you can search the Knowledge Base for answers to frequently asked questions.
2. The live Chat option allows you to get answers quickly while talking to a live person online.
