Millard Juette Bingham, PhD

Dr. Millard Juette Bingham earned his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice (Honors) from the University of Southern Mississippi (USM). He also received his master’s degree and doctoral degree from USM. His master’s degree is in adult education and his doctorate is in adult education with an emphasis in higher education administration. He has held leadership and administrative positions with the Mississippi State Personnel Board, the Mississippi Department of Education, and Jackson State University (JSU).  His research interests include: continuing education, workforce development, higher education administration.
