Mr. Derrick L. Hicks, who received his MPPA degree this spring, has also obtained the status of Dynamic Leadership 1 from the Toastmasters International.
Toastmasters International is a non-profit educational organization that operates clubs for the purpose of promoting communication, public speaking, and leadership across the world.
