📁 SOAR Track 3: P&T Strategy Studio – Crafting a Strong, Digital-Ready Dossier

Prepare your dossier with confidence and explore new digital tools! The P&T Strategy Studio is a three-session series that guides faculty through drafting key dossier components, organizing materials, and (optionally) piloting the new Canvas LMS dossier system.

What You’ll Do:

• Attend three interactive Zoom workshops focused on P&T strategy and dossier development

• Draft or refine a personal statement

• Build a dossier outline with key evidence of teaching, scholarship, and service

• Explore the Canvas LMS dossier shell (optional beta test opportunity)

• Request one-on-one feedback sessions with experienced faculty mentors

 

What You’ll Get:

• Sample P&T narratives, templates, checklists, and digital tools

• Targeted feedback on your materials

• Optional early adoption of Canvas LMS dossier building
