ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Developing Educational Leadership
Our degree in educational administration, foundations, and research is an academic program that provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to take on leadership roles in educational organizations. Program completion depends on routes set by the Department and covers a range of topics related to educational administration, policy, and research. The curriculum for an educational administration, foundations, and research degree includes courses in educational leadership, educational policy and politics, organizational theory, research methods, and data analysis. Students also take courses in curriculum development, educational psychology, and instructional design to gain a broad understanding of the educational system and the needs of learners.

LEARN BY DOING

In addition to classroom instruction, educational administration, foundations, and research degree programs often provide opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience through internships, practicums, and research projects. These experiences enable students to develop practical skills and gain real-world experience working in educational organizations.
