How has this Ph.D. helped your career? It goes without saying that the degree has opened several doors in my career. First and foremost, without the degree, I would not have been hired as the Dean of the School of Business nor promoted to the position of Interim Vice President for Academic Affairs. Thirdly, obtaining the degree provided a strong foundation in research as well as the process prepared me theoretically for the leadership positions I currently hold.
