Fall 2026 Housing Timeline (New Students)

Housing Application Period: February 10 – April 15, 2026

Priority Deadline: April 15, 2026

Summer Housing Applications Open: March 16, 2026
What You Must Complete to Keep Housing
All items below must be completed by July 15, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.:

Be enrolled full-time for Fall 2026

Submit immunization records
-
Sign the housing agreement
-
Set up a Fall 2026 payment plan
Missing this deadline means losing your housing assignment.
Students with Accommodations
Students needing accommodations should contact adaservices@jsums.edu by July 1, 2026. Approved accommodations depend on availability and do not guarantee a specific room.
Waitlist & Housing Assignments
