Please click this link to submit your request for items from the Tiger Pantry. Once your request is received, a Tiger Pantry representative will contact you with additional details. Students are able to submit requests every two weeks. Please note that all orders must be picked up within three days.

IMPORTANT HOUSING INFORMATION
Due to an increased demand for housing, we regret to inform you that there are currently no available spaces for the Fall 2022 semester. The JSU Marketplace has closed and we are no longer accepting payments. All students will be notified of their housing status by July 15, 2022.
If you are interested in housing for the upcoming semester, you may complete the housing application. If spaces become available, we will contact eligible students via JSU email to make the required payment. All students will have 24 hours to accept or decline the available assignment. Thank you for your understanding.
MOVE-IN INFORMATION
Housing & Residence Life is establishing a carefully organized move-in process spread out over several days to follow public health safety guidelines. In order to provide a socially-distanced and efficient Move-In experience, please review the following updates:

Volunteer assistance will be available. Moving carts will be available at each residence hall.

There is not a limit on the number of guests that may assist students with the move-in process. Please do not bring anyone with you who may be sick or considered at risk.

Please consider reducing the number of personal belongings you bring with you to campus. Doing so will help ensure you have a quick and easy unloading process.
If you would like to view your room assignment and roommate information, please use these steps:
1. Visit your JSU PAWS account and select “Enter Secure Area.”
2. Enter your J# (ex. J00000000) and Pin #, which is defaulted as your birthdate (ex. 010118).
3. Select the “Student” tab at the top of the page. Then, select the “Housing” link.
4. After selecting the “Housing” link, you will select, “THD: JSU Housing Self-Service.”
5. After selecting “THD: JSU Housing Self-Service,” you will be directed to the THD Housing Self-Service Portal where you will need to enter your login information.
6. Your login information will be as follows:
Username: oneJ# (ex. oneJ00000000)
Password: NetID (Must set-up in your PAWS account)
7. Then, you will be prompted to log in to the Self-Service Portal with the following info:
Username: J-number (ex. J00123456)
Password: NetID (Must set-up in your PAWS account)
8. You will be directed to your own personal Student Housing Portal. Once there, you will scroll down to the section labeled “Assignments.”
9. In the “Assignments” section, you will find your assigned residence hall/room number and your assigned roommates.
