Participant Qualifications:

  1. Unemployed, and/or underemployed
  2. Residents of Hinds, Madison, and Rankin counties
  3. 16 – 24 years of age and has stopped attending high
    school
  4. Significantly behind in basic skill development and
    obtaining a high school equivalency (HSE)
