2. Reset Your Writing Goal (5 minutes)
Write or share one concrete writing goal for the next two weeks. Examples:
- “Finish discussion section and start abstract.”
- “Write 4 days a week for 30 minutes.”

🎯 3. Writing Time (30–35 minutes)
Use this time to write, revise, plan, or reflect.
