The Challenge

Your Students Will Use AI in Every Career

The question isn’t whether our graduates will encounter AI in their professions—it’s whether we’ve prepared them to use it effectively, ethically, and confidently. This initiative equips you to be the faculty member who makes that difference.

86%
of students already use AI tools for coursework
67%
of employers expect AI literacy in new hires
23%
of institutions have faculty AI training programs

Student Impact

Transform How Your Students Enter Their Careers

When you integrate AI thoughtfully into your teaching, you’re not just updating a syllabus—you’re changing what your students can do when they graduate.

Students learn to use AI as a thinking partner, not a shortcut—developing critical evaluation skills employers demand

Graduates enter interviews able to discuss AI applications specific to their field, setting them apart from candidates at other institutions

Your course becomes a space where students practice the ethical decision-making they’ll face in AI-integrated workplaces

Students build portfolios demonstrating AI-enhanced work, showing employers they’re ready for modern workflows
