Email Support

1. Enter your JSU email address with the Jnumber (i.e., Jnumber@alumni.jsums.edu) as the username
2. Click “Next”
3. If this is your first time accessing JSU email enter your date of birth (i.e., mmddyyyy) as your password

If you have forgotten your email password do the following:
•  Log into P.A.W.S.
•  Click “Rest your Email password” and click the reset button
•  Your email password will reset to your date of birth (mmddyyyy)
•  When you log into email you will be prompted to change your password. Please ensure your new
password is 8 characters or more and includes alphabets, numbers, and a symbol
