Privacy Statement

The Jackson State University Foundation was established as a private, non-profit organization in 1977 specifically to increase private gift support for Jackson State University. Since its inception, the JSUDF has been committed to establishing the best possible relationship with its benefactors based on trust by operating with the highest ethical standards and providing excellent performance.
The JSUDF has a duty to protect the confidentiality of private, non-public donor information. Respect for a donor’s right to privacy is a basic standard of integrity for all Foundation activities.

As a guiding principle, the JSUDF supports the Donor Bill of Rights policy developed by the Council for Advancement and Support of Education, the American Association of Fund-Raising Counsel, the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy and the National Society of Fund Raising Executives.
If you elect to provide us with your contact information, such as a change of name or address, or when you are making a gift, the JSUDF will securely record that information for administrative purposes only. The JSUDF does not sell or distribute any donor information to individuals or organizations outside Jackson State University.
If you choose to make a gift though the website, the online giving page is a secure page that encrypts your private information, including credit card numbers, for your protection. The JSUDF does not collect that information.
