Patrick Benton served as artistic director for New Stage Theater in Jackson, MS and Mill Mountain Theatre in Roanoke, VA. His work has also been seen at NYC’s Horse Trade Theatre, the Indiana Repertory Theatre and the Oklahoma Shakespearean Festival. He received the Porterfield Award from the Southeastern Theatre Conference and was awarded a grant to study best practices at small regional theatres from the Theatre Communications Group. Benton is a member of Actors’ Equity Association who earned the MFA degree from Indiana University and the BFA summa cum laude from USM.
