The Department of Communicative Disorders at Jackson State University offers two degrees and a post baccalaureate curriculum:

*The Post-Baccalaureate program is offered for students who have completed an undergraduate degree that is not in speech language pathology, communicative disorders, or speech & hearing sciences and are interested in completing the prerequisites necessary to apply for a Master’s degree program in Communicative Disorders at Jackson State University.

 

The Department of Communicative Disorders operates the Central Mississippi Speech, Language and Hearing Clinic to facilitate the clinical education of students in speech-language pathology, facilitate faculty-student research, and to provide services to persons with speech, language, cognitive, swallowing and/or hearing disorders in Jackson and the surrounding counties.
