- On Campus Recruiting
On-campus recruiting offers employers the opportunity to identify and interview graduating seniors for anticipated job openings. The main purpose of the campus interview is to screen candidates and select those who will be referred for further interviews within the company, and to provide information to candidates about how he or she would fit into the organization.
JSU Career Services Center uses an employer pre-screening system (through Tigers2Work) for scheduling campus interviews. This system allows employers to select candidates to interview from resumes submitted by interested students. If you prefer not to pre-screen resumes, interviews will be scheduled through open sign up which allows qualified students to sign-up for your interviews on a first-come, first-served basis.
