Communicative Disorders Program Overview

The Communicative Disorders Program at Jackson State University offers two degrees:

An additional program is offered for students who have completed an undergraduate degree that is not in speech language therapy website picpathology, communicative disorders, or speech & hearing sciences and are interested in completing the prerequisites necessary to apply for a Master’s degree program in Communicative Disorders.

The program operates the Central Mississippi Speech, Language and Hearing Clinic to facilitate the clinical education of students in speech-language pathology, facilitate faculty-student research, and to provide services to persons with speech, language, cognitive, swallowing and/or hearing disorders in Jackson and the surrounding counties.
