Smart About Sports Athletic Fair
The Smart About Sports Athletic Fair was sponsored by the College of Education and Human Development's Kids Kollege program directed by Tierra Strong, and the Division of Athletics, coordinated by Mr. Keith Fennell.

Kids Kollege in conjunction with the Mississippi Learning Institute headed by Amy Berry and the College of Science, Engineering, and Technology sponsored this year's summer camp to support the collaboration with Jackson State University and Jackson Public Schools in making Blackburn the first laboratory school in the state to improve the achievement and success of students at Blackburn. The summer camp was offered free to incoming 7th and 8th graders.
