- Hydrology and Climate Change: Rainfall runoff, flood modeling, coastal hydraulics, hazard prediction, climate Modeling, climate change impact analysis, watershed analysis, Water quality modeling.
- Water Resources Management and Water-induced Hazards: Critical infrastructure, hydropower, irrigation, bridge, cascading and compound hazards, mass failures, multi-hazards.
- Remote Sensing and Geospatial Modeling: Earth observations, satellite-based precipitation estimates, urban heat island, land use land cover, heatwaves.
