Executive Director of Human Resources

Robin Spann-Pack serves as Executive Director for Human Resources at Jackson State University. In her capacity, she serves as the chief human resources advisor for the institution. She leads the development and implementation of policies and practices related to human capital.

Mrs. Spann-Pack has demonstrated success in managing investigations and responding to audits, supporting shared governance, developing handbooks, policies and procedures, consulting, coaching and influencing managers on workforce management and HR programs.
