Attention to all SERVICE MEMBERS & VETERANS,  in order to receive credit for HEALTH and PE courses you must submit your DD FORM 214 (SEPARATION PAPERS). You must also submit your MILITARY TRANSCRIPT for credit evaluation. Please note, it is your Academic Department’s  sole discretion as to which courses will be credited towards your degree requirement.
