Phylicia Taylor




Phylicia is a first-year Ph.D. student in Management. Through a 5-year program at Florida A&M University she earned her Masters of Business Administration and her B.S. in Accounting in 2014. Prior to pursuing her doctoral degree, Phylicia was an Experienced Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCooper, LLP in the Florida Tax Practice. She has prior experience working in Higher Education at Florida A&M University in the Finance and Administration office as a Business/Audit Analyst working under the Assistant Vice President as well as working as a Graduate Assistant for several accounting and auditing courses. Her primary research interests are in, diversity and social issues, organizational behavior, and ethics and corporate responsibility.  Her primary teaching interests are in organizational behavior, strategic management, and business policy. Phylicia is a member of the PhD Project, AICPA, and the FAMU National Alumni Chapter.
