Recipient of Sensitive Data

If you are receiving a 7 zip file with sensitive data that is password protected use the following instructions to gain access to the file and its’ contents:

1. 1. Download 7 zip (Click here for instructions)
   2. Retrieve email with zipped/encrypted file
   3. Download the file onto your computer
   4. Open 7 zip manager.Right-click the file, point to the “7-Zip” submenu, and then click the “Open Archive” command.

5.  Navigate to the downloaded file through the 7 zip manager

6. After you click OK in Extraction path and options, in the password box that opens up enter the correct password then click “Ok” to unzip the file.
